By downloading, installing, or using Pep Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not medical advice

Pep Tracker is a personal tracking and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a recommendation to use any substance, follow any protocol, or take any specific dose. You are solely responsible for what you choose to put in your body. Consult a licensed medical professional before starting or changing anything.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app, for complying with all laws that apply to you, and for any actions you take based on information you track. MrNick Apps is not liable for any harm resulting from your use of the app.

Pro purchases

Pep Tracker Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds are governed by the applicable store’s policy.

Intellectual property

The Pep Tracker app, its name, its design, and all associated materials are owned by MrNick Apps (Niklas Nilsson). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app, or specific features, at any time.

Disclaimer

Pep Tracker is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrNick Apps disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
